Cortijo los Perez is a converted farmhouse located in Padre Eterno, a tranquil, unspoilt valley in the Alpujarras, where you can guarantee a peaceful, relaxing holiday amidst natural beauty and away from the noise and pollution of modern day life.

The single storey cottage is enclosed by a large garden consisting of lawns, rose bushes and an abundance of fruit and olive trees.

  It has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people so is ideal for families as well as groups of friends.

  The lounge is spacious and provides a comfortable seating area next to the fireplace as well as a dining area.

  There is also a modern kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower facilities.  Outside the cottage, there is a charming sheltered terrace with table and chairs suitable for dining al fresco.

Beyond the terrace there is a lawn area with an impressive swimming pool (26 x 12 ft ) and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.  This is where our guests can really relax, sunbathe and enjoy the stunning scenery. 

Cortijo Los Perez is off the beaten track but still only a 5 minute drive from the main road, down a newly tarmacked road, and there is a parking area just above the house.

  The owner, Antonio, is a local man and always likes to personally welcome his guests and help them to get settled in. He also speaks English and is very knowledgeable about the area, having grown up in Padre Eterno, and will be happy to offer help and advice about local amenities and other information about the area.

  Because of its idyllic location, the cottage is just right for a peaceful, relaxing holiday, as well as being within easy reach of several villages for shopping, bars and restaurants.  Day trips to Granada or the Mediterranean coast are about an hours drive away.
